Chiropractor Naples FL Jack Relue Meet The Team

Chiropractor

Jack Relue D.C., C.S.C.S.

Dr. Jack Relue grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he was first introduced to chiropractic care during his youth while playing sports. After experiencing multiple minor injuries, he sought care from a chiropractor who incorporated corrective exercises into treatment, significantly aiding his recovery.

Diagnosed with scoliosis measuring 45 degrees in his late teens, he was close to undergoing corrective surgery. However, after consulting his chiropractor, he opted for non-surgical management involving adjustments, targeted mobility exercises, and patient education. This empowering experience inspired him to pursue a career in chiropractic care to help others avoid unnecessary procedures whenever possible.

Dr. Jack earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a Therapeutic Concentration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia (Go Flames!). While at Liberty, he obtained certifications as an Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) from the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus, in Port Orange, FL, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. During his time at Palmer, he became proficient in various adjusting techniques, including Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, and Cox Flexion Distraction. He also completed advanced coursework in soft tissue therapies, becoming skilled in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and earning certification in Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.), regarded as the gold standard in soft tissue treatment.

At Palmer, Dr. Jack was actively involved in the Active Rehab Club, where he taught fellow students weekly about various neuro-musculoskeletal conditions and effective assessment and treatment strategies. His leadership and dedication to educating peers highlighted his commitment to advancing chiropractic care and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

In addition to his chiropractic work, Dr. Jack is a part-time strength and conditioning coach, driven by his passion for maximizing human performance and athletic development. He enjoys helping individuals optimize their physical potential, whether they're athletes or anyone looking to improve overall strength and conditioning.

Dr. Jack believes in treating every patient as an athlete, recognizing that the game of life places physical and mental demands on everyone. He is passionate about movement-based health care, helping individuals return to doing what they love and continue doing it for as long as possible.
